Jasper Street

A community beautification collaboration between Market Center and Seton Hill neighborhoods, funded by DHCD’s Community Safety Works grant.

Six Baltimore region artists were commissioned in 2023 to bring beauty and spontaneity to Jasper St., including Pablo Machioli (work shown), Mark Anthony West, Rebecca Marimutu, Hunter Batchelder and Jacob Kravetz (Make or Measure), Priyanka Kumar. Artwork installation will occur Winter 2023 into Spring 2024.

Jasper is an alley and street that spans from Saratoga street in Market Center, across Franklin and Mulberry streets, to Druid Park Avenue in Seton Hill.
