March 20, 2017 – The Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) issued a Request for Proposals for 407 – 415 N. Howard Street in mid-March; proposals are due April 10. BDC seeks proposals from developers with experience in the adaptive reuse of buildings located within historic districts.
